Yes. If you change the subscription before it expires you can also keep all the credit left on your account. As an example: let's say you are using Voog Standard and you have 6 months left until the expire date. But now you want Voog Plus. The credit for the 6 months left on your account is deducted from your Voog Plus payment, so no money is lost. And it works the same way around if you decide to move from Plus to Standard plan.
Setting up and running a store on Voog has no hidden costs. You’ll pay for your subscription and a 3% transaction fee on each sale. There is no transaction fee for the Premium plan. So, if your sales are more than a 1000 EUR per month, it makes sense to switch to Premium. There are also third party solutions that can be integrated to your websites and that may have their own fees depending on the solution you wish to use. Like using Makecommerce services for clients payments or some e-mail marketing services. If you also want to register a custom domain through us, you’ll need to pay for that as well. The cost starts from 12 euros per year. Custom domain registration is a third party service and the fee depends on the domain name you are interested in. There is a search option on the website showing free domains and their prices. For annual Plus and Premium plan subscribers we can however offer one free custom domain registration.
You can easily connect your personal domain at Voog with any email service out there. As Voog doesn't offer email service directly, we kindly suggest using either Google Apps or Zoho Mail as secure and trustworthy solutions.
Every website will have unlimited number of free addresses of Voog (yourname.voog.com). However, you can also buy a different custom domains like .com, .eu, .org etc from Voog. If you already have a domain you want to use with your website, you can import it to Voog with no extra cost.
Voog offers many options for setting up payments on your site. You can use PayPal, Stripe, credit card processors or online banking. And of course, you can send offline invoices. To use a banklink, you can set up MakeCommerce integration that is already built into our system.
